This includes setup fees, recurring monthly charges, and any additional fees incurred for SMS, Email, AI Features, and Premium Automation triggers. Once payment is made, it is final and non-refundable as LionKloud Business Systems operates under a Software as a Service (SaaS) model.

7. Purchase Policy

All purchases made for TSAVO Group services are final. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the setup fees and recurring charges associated with your chosen plan. Payments must be made in accordance with the payment terms specified at the time of purchase.

8. Refund Policy

All fees paid for services rendered are non-refundable. This includes setup fees, recurring monthly charges, and any additional fees incurred for SMS, Email, AI Features, and Premium Automation triggers. We do not offer refunds for services once they have been provided.

9. Credit Card Disputes

In the event of a credit card dispute, we request that you contact our customer support team to resolve the issue directly with us. Any disputes raised with your credit card provider without first contacting us may result in the suspension or termination of your LionKloud Business Systems account.

10. Intellectual Property

LionKloud Business Systems retains all rights, title, and interest in and to any forms, automations, and other custom solutions created as part of our services. These elements are licensed to you for use in conjunction with the LionKloud Business System and may not be transferred, sold, or used outside of the LionKloud Business System platform without our express written consent.
